S 17:11 0:00 /usr/sbin/ntpd -g -u ntp:ntp -c /etc/ntp.conf -q If I strace ntpd, I get: select(21, [16 17 18 19 20], NULL, NULL, NULL) = ? ERESTARTNOHAND (To be restarted) --- SIGALRM (Alarm clock) @ 0 (0) --- sigreturn() repeatedly. (The others block uninterestingly in waitpid.)
