We need a script to globally enable/disable PulseAudio support in the installed
applications.

This is needed to complete the feature fate#304936, the yast part is already
done.

The script should update configuration of all supported applications and
enable/disable PulseAudio support there. The script should also be able to
return the current status (enabled/disabled) to display it in the yast sound
module.

(IMO the script should be modular, there should be a separate sub-script for
each application instead of one monolithic script.)
