If the bug is fixed, then it's fixed and the bug should be closed. Of course we
will test the next Alpha build and if it's still not fixed, we reopen the bug.
But I don't think that we should keep BLOCKER bugs open although they are
fixed. Maybe we should start using the 'VERIFIED' flag.
