It's then a XFCE bug. XFCE need to register a active session/new user to
ConsoleKit. By this it should get a XDG_SESSION_COOKIE which identifiy the
user/session. Otherwise the user is marked as inactive which prevents the
needed privileges to do e.g. mount/umount.
