[Bug 415663] during update additional installation sources are not used as source for installation

OK, I attach two y2log's, one is from an update from 10.1 to 11.0, the second
is 10.3 to 11.0.
In both cases I let the previously used repositories unused and configured
additonal repositories (update and non-oss, in 10.1->11.0 case packman
additionally). After update not any package from the update repo has been used,
zypper up had a lot of work to do.
