Copying next email response:

I have the original version (KDE 3 and KDE 4) of the Suse 11.0 DVD
installed.
Not works.
Then after the updates are the versions
KDE 3.5.9  rel 49.1 and 
KDE 4.1.1 rel 38.1
installed.

The entries are in Konqueror
smb: / /
lan: / /
cifs: / /

get the Protocol is not supported.



KUBUNTU 8.04 installed , same problem.
Then Mandriva PowerPack 2008 installed and access to the Samba server works.
Back to Suse 11.0 no acces to Samba Server.
