The ppp port responds: Sierra Wireless, Inc. MC8775 APP1 OK the control port echoes your input and responds: ati Manufacturer: Sierra Wireless, Inc. Model: MC8775 Revision: H1_1_8_15MCAP G:/WS/FW/H1_1_8_15MCAP/MSM6280/SRC 2007/07/17 17:26:56 IMEI: ........... IMEI SV: 9 FSN: ........ 3GPP Release 5 +GCAP: +CGSM,+DS,+ES OK But since you cannot get any answer to any AT command, Your issue still looks different and to be honest: I have no real idea where to look next :-( Are you able to recompile a kernel module? Sierra offers a newer version of the driver, linked from e.g. http://www.sierrawireless.com/faq/ShowFAQ.aspx?ID=1119 Maybe it is worth giving it a try. Generally this looks like a kernel problem to me and not like a umtsmon problem. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
