Windows works, doesn't it?

We'll need a usbmon trace to pinpoint this. Please:

/sbin/init.d/haldaemon stop
unmount the phone
cat /sys/kernel/debug/usbmon/0u > /tmp/1.mon.out

Then in another window
/sbin/init.d/haldaemon start
and kill the cat command
