Jonathon: From the backtrace, it seems that you are missing the neon library
(version 0.26). Could you please try 'rpm -q neon' - what does it say? If it
outputs that the package is not installed, please install it (as root, 'zypper
in neon', or using yast2) and try the extension manager again. If it outputs
wrong version (0.24), please make sure that you install 0.26 as well. Please
let us know if installation of 0.26 helped you.
