In the wizard that runs on the first start of yast2-http-server it is offered
to set up apache2 for web development with ruby. Ticking this box tries to
install apache2-mod_ruby, which probably fails because we don't have that
package any more. No error is displayed to the user though.

Though this is not fatal, as Apache will just ignore the configured but
non-existent module, the ruby option should not be given in the wizard at all.
