Webcam functionality and Video Playback in Windowed Mode was working perfectly
in XAA if Compiz-Fusion or Desktop Effects in KDE 4 are not enabled. 

Now Webcam Functionality and Windowed Video Playback are not working even if
Compiz-Fusion or Desktop Effects in KDE4 are disabled.
