https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=410428 Summary: /etc/fstab mounts are not auto-mounted on reboot Product: openSUSE 11.0 Version: Final Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Major Priority: P5 - None Component: Other AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: dcollingridge@novell.com QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: Component Test I have installed openSUSE 11.0 and have put various nfs mount entires into the /etc/fstab. I can use "mount -a" to mount those entries, but when I reboot the server, it comes back up and those shares are no longer mounted. I have to "mount -a" again. On SLES 10 SP2 the auto-mount works fine on reboot. Here is a sample entry (with ips and directories removed): <ipaddress>:/<remote-directory> <local-directory> nfs auto,ro,addr=<ipaddress> 0 0 Please let me know if any other information or log files would help. I checked messages, but didn't see anything of relevance. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
