The smart way:
- try upgrading wxGTK to wxWidgets (and all dependencies this infers). Since
wxWidgets is locked, this possibility gets a negative weight.
- try keeping wxGTK and deps. Already have wxGTK, so this possibility remains
with weight=0.
- end result: wxGTK, wxGTK-devel, etc. will be kept.

The zypper way:
- try upgrading * to *, ignoring new packages only when they are locked;
- removes wxGTK*, installs all wxWidgets-* but wxWidgets
- end result: wxWidgets-devel wxWidgets-gl but no wxWidgets
Smart is a bit smarter right now...
