https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=404013 Summary: improper automatic php/css indenting in vim/gvim Product: openSUSE 11.0 Version: Final Platform: Other OS/Version: openSUSE 11.0 Status: NEW Severity: Minor Priority: P5 - None Component: Other AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: p.van.erk@parena.net QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: Other In vim, when using gg<Home>vG<End>=gg one can automatically indent the selected lines. However, when using this in PHP and CSS files, the indenting is wrong. I have set indenting to be 4 spaces, but in CSS files this goes all wrong a result can be like this: div.somename { background-color: #f30; margin: 10px; padding: 10px; font-size: 1.1em; font-weight: bold; } Also, PHP comments that start with // or /* are indented fine, but #-comments do not get any indentation. This can result in: if ($var === false) { # Unindented comment // Indented comment something(); } This was okay when using Mandriva Spring 2008.1. I have compared some indent and syntax files, but could not straight away find any differences that would explain this. Perhaps it can be fixed during compile. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
