the fix mostly works, except for the setuid
zypp-refresh-wrapper
If a repository needs to be refreshed it prints instead of Done.\n
and . and no linefeed (and the next kline there)
It exists with exit code 2.
The opensuse-updater KDE has put up a Yellow triangle and the detail box says
"Refresh failed".
coolo has logfiles...
