I don't think it's the task of Provo to build kernel test RPMs for openSUSE.
I'm not sure how much time it would take to build a test RPM. Usually it can
take months until the next kernel security update will be available. Before
this you won't get any feedback, which is bad, and the customer can't use the
Xen kernel for this time (which is even worse).
