autogenerated bugreport after crash

I log into opensuse (32bit/64bit/beta/rc) with my username or with root.
I restart X with CTRL+ALT+BACKSPACE2.
I relogin to system.
Start control panel, and click on for example Mouse, and I receive the attached
message (and see bug report).

I empty /tmp. After logout normally. I login again, and maybe the system works
again (or receive the message as before).
