I have the following in sudoers:

username ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD: ALL

Previous versions of kdesu ( including the version in RC1 worked as expected ).
I updated to the final version yesterday, and now kdesu does not acknolwedge
the entry in sudoers and requires password. 

I verified in the shell that sudo works fine without wanting the password.
