I wonder how much machines are affected...
There it "sometimes" happens that freq is limited to 800.
It's just a guess, but for now I expect the bug lies in the kernel's cpufreq
layer and I could imagine a locking problem there again which probably is very
hard to find.

Sebastian: Can you also try: processor.ignore_ppc
boot parameter with a 11.0 kernel please.
