serial output from boot to new hypervisor

We have built a hypervisor with this patch and we are now able to boot to the
debug hypervisor.  However, we are still seeing problems booting the 32-bit
kernel on the 64-bit hypervisor.  However, the problems we are seeing are
different.  It now looks like we are getting a segfault when starting udev.  I
suspect this is because I am testing on AMD hardware, but I am attaching the
serial output for your consideration.  I will try this on Intel as well and let
you know what I find.
