[Bug 396247] DHCP Is Failing Over Time

I added a zero to the end of the lease period to see if a longer period would
fix it given the default is so short. It did not. Im getting more curious about
some sort of power saving type conflict here. I noticed this in messages:
Jun 5 14:59:50 linux-z6m7 klogd: powernow-k8: Found 1 AMD Sempron(tm)
Processor 3000+ processors (1 cpu cores) (version 2.20.00)
Jun 5 14:59:50 linux-z6m7 klogd: powernow-k8: BIOS error - no PSB or ACPI _PSS
