Michael meant a zypp.conf option for enabling/disabling automatic setting of
keeppackages for downloading (remote) media upon adding the repository.
Something that could be named 'autoSetKeepPackages'. I think it makes sense,
but it is one more config option.

Also there is a convenient way to enable/disable keeppackages for all remote
repos using 'zypper mr -kt' (-K for disabling).

Note that installation already uses keeppackages=false by default! Only zypper
sets the flag automatically for remote repos. This setup is enough IMO, but i'm
not against what Michael proposed.
