just a tip on usage - The application browser ("More Applications button") has
a filter field. So instead of what you paste above
'More Applications -> System -> scroll_down -> xterm' to get a terminal?
I would do
'More Applications -> then type "xterm" and hit <enter>
or type "term" to see what various terminals are available on your box
or right click on the xterm icon and "Add to Favorites" so it's always directly
available from the computer menu.
