Well, last try would be to use the old i810 driver, but since this driver is
even more BIOS based, I don't think this will work.

  sax2 -r -m 0=i810

Then you can try vesa/fbdev driver

  sax2 -r -m 0=vesa
  sax2 -r -m 0=fbdev

Let me know, if any of these drivers work for you with the Xen kernel.
