The log shows you never removed the yast configuration of the wireless device.
The one attempt you did with a connection created from the applet shows you
didn't specify any security and that's why that one failed.
It doesn't look like we're getting anywhere over the bugzilla. Is it possible
for you to come to irc to speed up things? I'm always on irc.freenode.net
