There's no problem to get the the "with dead keys" setup working.
To me it just seems confusing when I can't use "'i", "`i" and "^i" instead of
"í", "ì" and "î". German users expect that their keyboard works with dead
keys. But the default value during the installation of 11.0 is "without
deadkeys" - and most users won't change that. And often I make an installation
and I forget to correct this value during the installation - later, users are
complaining and saying me that the dead keys don't work. So dead keys should
work out of the box: "with deadkeys" should be the default value for german
keyboards.
(Should I change the component to "Installation"? I wasn't shure if this is a
Sax2 or an installation issue...)
