I guess with automatic configuration, no-one downloads / displays latest
release notes. This should be part of the piwo module, so that it starts with
the internet test.

Possibly this is RESOLVED / LATER as no-one (including me :) complained about
it so far. It's just pretty bad that we spent the last beta trying to get piwo
started at all.
