After a reboot powersave thinks it is disconnected: totoro:/home/martin # powersave -b All primary batteries: Remaining percent: 29 (bug 384676) Charging state: AC state: offline totoro:/home/martin # grep . /proc/acpi/ac_adapter/ACAD/* state: on-line Replugging the cable makes it realize the actual state. This is probably related to bug 384676 where even /proc/acpi gets some info wrong.
