<release> in Fedora is set to the Distribution, i.e. "Fedora 8".
As we want to be upstream-compatible, we should _not_ map this release
information to the 'release' property of the zypp patch object !
I'd recommend to leave the release part of the zypp patch object empty. If we
ever re-release a patch, we should increase its version field.
updateinfo.xml carries an <id>....</id> field for internal information
(<title>... is the user-visible part).
For computing the patch level, the 'order of external appearance' (when was the
update publically visible) is important. Thats what the <issued data="..."/>
field contains.
I'll start an opensuse wiki page to document the updateinfo.xml format _as we
use it_ now. See http://en.opensuse.org/Patch_Management/Code11/Updateinfo
