After rebooting once more it's now 20:21 tray vs 10:21 wall, also hwclock seems
to get set to different values on each reboot.

Currently at 

hwclock
Mon 26 May 2008 06:19:56 PM CEST  -1.013908 seconds

while 

 ntpdate ptbtime1.ptb.de
26 May 10:22:48 ntpdate[5075]: step time server 192.53.103.108 offset
-35995.484631 sec

I still think  Bug 393799  is a different issue
