I hope that this is the right component..
Well, inkscape (0.46-24) often crash.

Step to reproduce:
1) start inkscape
2) double click on some tool on the left (eg. square tool)
3) click on fill color

when there's no crash, i can read in konsole:
File helper/action.cpp line 165 (?): Assertion action != NULL failed

So, for me it's a "major" bug 'cause inkscape is unuseable for me..

Beta3 with lastest update..
