[Bug 387702] High Temperature on Acer laptops, one powers off in Performance

Finally managed to get inside the Acer 1501LCe. Cleaned fan and airways - no
blockages just slight dust on fan.
Cleaned heatsink and CPU, applied new heatsink compound to CPU. When I put it
back together, the frequency is now changing. The temperature on 800 Mhz was 56
C for some hours.
Set "powersave -f" and these are the readings over the last 10 minutes.

Looks as though it has built-in self protection as it has now switched back to
800Mhz and 69 C without using the powersave command.
