Now I would really like to understand the philosophy behind throwing
_absolutely_untested_ software about.

1. It shows an astonishing absence of sense of quality on the designers side.

2. It shows an astonishing absence of what commonly is known as Q&A

3. It shows an even more astonishing disrespect for "The community" in terms of
wasting their time and resources.

4. Last but not least the workload on fixing bugs ( time & material, load on
networks and storage, etc., etc. ) is unreasonably high, because of negligence
in publishing.

To me this looks more like trial and error than as a decent development cycle,
open-xyz does not necessary imply sloppiness.
