After upgrading to Beta3 from 10.3, I found that Konqueror didn't function as
it used to do. Only after I mounted a CD, I saw that Dolphin is the new thing.

But it was not installed during the update! I didn't see anything during the
package selection about Dolphin as well. I reran the update and Dolphin still
wasn't installed.
