In the patch map, acquired byPkg::ResolvableProperties("", `patch, ""), there
was a tag "is_needed" indicating that there is some patch that should be
installed (but is not necessary selected for installation). YaST Online Update
uses this to check it should restart itself, because some patches are still
available but were not installed (because in the first run of YaST Online
Update, only patches for package management should be installed).

Now, is_needed is not present in the patch map.
