Actually, Stefan, can we add 'hci_usb' to list of drivers to unload? hci_usb is
so broken that it will not matter, and it is "obviously will not break
anything" fix....

Stephan, can you verify

1) that you are indeed using hci_usb driver

2) that rmmod/insmod fixes bluetooth?
