When using the kde4 desktop on beta3, a problem occurs when openoffice is used.
When openoffice is started and has a taskbar icon/entry, there is no problem so
long as the mouse is in the openoffice window or hovering over the openoffice
icon/entry in the taskbar.

However, whenever the mouse hovers over any other part of either the taskbar or
part of the screen not occupied by the openoffice window, the taskbar goes
black (sometimes it flickers on and off). Moving the mouse over the parts of
the taskbar that have flickered/gone black redraws them and they are ok again
(until the problem is repeated - i.e. by letting openoffice have focus and then
hovering the mouse over a "non-openoffice" screen area).
