Provided you're not running out of swiotlb space (which you would know if you
watched the system console while doing step-by-step enabling of the networking
stuff), it'd be good if you could try seperately whether enabling the b44 or
the iwl3945 causes the problem (the latter would be the more likely suspect,
despite you apparently observing the hang when eth0 is being enabled).
Also, rather than starting the networking stuff all at once, could you try
manually loading just the respective kernel modules?
Finally, attaching a boot.msg from a native kernel boot might also be helpful
(not the least because of the significant number of "system 00:0?: io??? range
0x????-0x???? could not be reserved" messages in the Xen boot).
