Every time I try to open my evolution addressbook (against a Groupwise 7.0.3
server) the addressbook immediately crashed with a dialog saying:

"The Evolution addressbook has quit unexpectedly.

Your contacts for groupwise://delder@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/;Dan Elder will not be
available until Evolution is restarted."

I can usually still see all of my contacts but searches and other functionality
don't work.  I will attach the SOAP debug traces from EDS.  I'm running:
