[Bug 387387] removable devices should only show up on the desktop of the user who can access them

So I'm a bit confused. The sacix link points to patches to make gnome-vfs
ignore non-owned mounts, but in 11.0 we use gvfs, not gnome-vfs. The upstream
bug is for gvfs and there's no patch for that yet.
The patch to weed out mounts in HAL seems wrong to me; I think this should be
done at the gvfs level.
