- From: bugzilla_noreply@xxxxxxxxxx

- Message-id: <bug-390703-21960@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/>
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=390703
Summary: Automatic installation disables ssh without choice of
enabling
Product: openSUSE 11.0
Version: Beta 3
Platform: 64bit
OS/Version: openSUSE 11.0
Status: NEW
Severity: Critical
Priority: P5 - None
Component: AutoYaST
AssignedTo: ug@xxxxxxxxxx
ReportedBy: kssingvo@xxxxxxxxxx
QAContact: qa@xxxxxxx
Found By: Development
openSUSE 11.0, beta3, x86_64
I installed and chose "automatic configuration".
The good thing is that sshd is enabled, so I can logon machine, even it's a
headless (or the keyboard isn't accessable).
The bad news is that it seems that sshd can only be accessed from local machine
and not from other machines. Please fix.
I think that the firewall is enabled, and therefore sshd cannot be accessed.
