Sorry, 

i have activated 'Remote Administration (VNC)' via Yast2 (Textmode). Then i run
vncviewer on win box to connect, connected succesfully, but emtpy workspace. 
i looked in log's an saw '... could not open display :1 

next step, i put ip and hostname in /etc/hosts then i've got my workspace
*great*

next step, i've click in field 'username' then connection crashes down :(( at
the moment i've no idea what it can be, VNC Server or KDE thats why i'm writing
here
