Right, as comment #1 correctly says, NetworkManagerDispatcher is removed and
replaced by a callout DBus service that calls the dispatcher scripts exactly
like NetworkManagerDispatcher used to.

/etc/sysconfig/network/config:NetworkManagerDispatcher is not used anymore. Do
we need it?

NetworkManager does not need dhcdbd anymore either, so that can also be removed
from the init script.

There's nothing critical about this bug, everything should work just fine at
the moment, changing the severity.
