OK, I look at it and don't find where this env variable parsed. So if you
really need it I can add it to zypper (not libzypp). zypper now uses this hack
only during listing repositories.
also you can manage this locks manualy, because in lock is stored only pid, so
save it and release lock...new libzypp create new lock and after kiwi restore
old lock with his id.
