[Bug 379660] KDE4 shortcut keys stop working when the language is changed

The keyboard shortcuts stopped working again several times today.
I could always fix it by restarting the KDE4 session.
Dirk Müller told me that this probably means that kded4 has crashed.
Indeed, there was no kded4 running anymore when the keyboard shortcuts
stopped working and starting one made the shortcuts work again.
I couldn’t find a core file though.
I’ll try to run kded4 in gdb.
