I doubt that this can, or needs to be fixed at the udev level. Besides that
there are possibly "too many" PCI devices, loading a module should not just
"crash" the box. It likely needs a fix in the driver. Anyway,
does adding:
blacklist snd-hda-intel
to:
/etc/modprobe.conf.local
makes the system boot as expected?
