Update.
I have been able to boot from grub with the failsafe option which worked well.
> From there, in the console, I have checked the /boot/grub/menu.lst file. I see
that the entry for openSUSE 11.0 was here but totally empty (which sounds
normal since the error reported earlier) I have then manually added the
necessary informations (that is to say the same lines as the faisafe option
without the restrictions) and added the 'resume' option. Then rebooted and in
grub, I see the OpenSuse option. Once selected, the options I have added in the
files appear in the 'Option' line below but it worked weel and I have been able
to boot normally.
