It seems that when a radio box is checked by default, yast2-gtk does not accept
it as a valid choice.
For instance, adding a new repository and having to accept the license. "I
accept" is checked, but "Next" is disabled. I have to first click "No, I do not
accept" and then "Yes, I accept" again for Next to be enabled.
