Yes, it is. Mounting built-in drives does not work. Anyway, regardless of this
specific bug, PolicyKit is broken without proper permissions.
$ rpm -q PolicyKit
PolicyKit-0.7.git20080410-3
chmod u-s /usr/lib/PolicyKit/polkit-resolve-exe-helper
makes it working as expected
