[Bug 381681] beagled-helper hogs the cpu and seems to be in infinite loop

My knowledge of beagle or any desktop stuff for that matter is very limited but
I seem to recall the video thumbnailers had resource limiter so that it got
killed if it fell into infinite loop. Maybe having similar stuff for beagle
indexer is a good idea? Just my 1 Won (which amounts to .1 cents).
